REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must complete the Food Safety Level – 1 certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers, record orders, serve food with positive and helpful attitude.
  • Input orders into a point – of – sale system and accept payment using a credit or debit card.
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by cleaning tables, chairs, washrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, regularly bagging public bins and returning trays to the kitchen.
  • Handling guest concerns and complaints professionally and calmly as quickly as possible according to the restaurant policy.
  • Communicate with other team members effectively, help others (if required), resolve interpersonal issues as needed.
  • Follow food and safety guidelines as well as ensure that entire team is adhering to the same food handling standards.
